Cancellation Policy

Hi Beauties and Gents!!! Here’s our 2023 updated policies. All services must be booked online. All services will be scheduled on majikhandsdayspa.com. ALL SERVICES require a non refundable deposit. All corrective services (peels) will require a consultation prior to scheduling to discuss in detail. This is to educate you on all the information and benefits of the service. The consultation fee is $20.23 At Majik Hands we pride ourselves on staying professional and want to ensure the best service and experience possible. We value your time and we ask that you value our time as well. A $20 late fee will be added to late appointments of 15 minutes and beyond. After 30 minutes you must reschedule. Please keep in mind, you are cutting into your treatment time and will not receive full service. All cancellations will need a 24 hour notice. Please be advised FOR MICROBLADING ONLY, if you no show for your appointment, A $50 no show/rebooking fee will be required prior to rebooking your next microblading appointment. We understand that things happen, but keep in mind that we are a small business and when you cancel at the last minute, it results in loss of profit from you and a potential client that could have been rescheduled in that slot. No show appointments will results in loss of prepayment and will need to be rescheduled accordingly. Although we love the children, due to the limited amount of space we ask that you come without children unless they’re being serviced. This is to ensure the safety of your child as they are not chaperoned during services. Purchasing products will not require a consultation unless you have extensive questions in regards to your skin. We respectfully thank you and hope that you understand that these changes help us operate efficiently to provide the best quality services as possible.
